We pack many varieties of avocado, including Fuerte, Pinkerton, Edranol, Ryan and Hass. They differ in size, shape, skin texture and taste, but they all contain the fats, vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants and phytochemicals that these superfoods are known for.
Avocado Research Symposium
